You simply unzip them to allow the sun through and create a good sunshade in an instant, or they can be completely removed if you wish. The two side panels can also be taken out to cater for all your needs. The depth is 240cms, so it is larger than the Sport. For a bit more comfort you will find a ventilation panel on one side, and the roof is made from the ever popular Tencate material, which has proved to be durable and long lasting. There are 4 side doors and two front doors for access and ventilation. There are a variety of frame materials to choose from, going from the standard steel frame and moving up to fibreglass. The easy fit bracket system makes it simple to attach the side of your caravan without having to do any drilling. The prices begin at around £450 for the 780, and go to £599 for the 1050, this is with the standard steel frame, if you want the fibreglass option then add an extra £100 for the 1050 size.

The Bradcot Residencia is designed for permanent use, and as such it is very strudy and strong. The frame has been toughened up and the awning fabric is of superior quality. It can be cleaned as often as you want without fading or running. It does take longer to set up because there are many more clips and attachments to make it more secure, and it features the ladder pegging system as well. However, once set up it will stay put for as long as needed. It has all the features of the Classic and all the side panels and front panels can be re-arranged with much effort on your part. The prices start at £600 for the 840cms size, and onwards to £750 for 1150cm size. For this price you are getting a well made and strong awning that has been made to last.

The flagship awning is the Concept+ and this is a big one! It has a depth of 360cms and is designed for large families. If you combine this space with the caravan space you really do have something huge to relax in on your travels. The great thing about the Concept+ is that the front panels can be manipulated to create a front porch area infront of the these panels, or you can just have the full projection size at night time. Alternatively you can stagger the panels to have some at full projection and other a little further in, so you have an L shaped arrangement. The choice is yours to do whatever you want, and this is the advantage of having such a flexible caravan awning. The prices start at £750 for the 900 cm size and go to £1000 for the 1110 sizes. An additional annex can be bought if you need even more space, or even two annexes are available.
